By accessing aurelane.com or by engaging Aurelane International ("Aurelane," "we," "us," or "our") in any conversation, introduction, or project, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our Services
Aurelane is a US exporter of CPG-food products. We buy from American brands and manufacturers and ship to distributors and retailers across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Our work centers on:
- Sourcing — buying CPG-food products from American brands and manufacturers, vetted for the markets we ship into.
- Export — acting as the exporter of record on shipments we handle, and owning the commercial side of the trade end-to-end.
- Trade relationships — delivering to vetted distributors and retailers abroad and supporting those relationships over time.
- Private label — structuring private-label programs with manufacturers we trust, from first sample to first shipment.
3. What We Do Not Do
To prevent confusion, we want to be explicit about the scope of our work:
- Aurelane does not provide freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, or other logistics services.
- Aurelane does not formulate, manufacture, or warrant any product. Product formulations, ingredients, labeling, and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the brand or manufacturer.
- Aurelane does not provide legal, tax, customs, regulatory, or financial advice. We recommend that you consult qualified professionals for those matters.
4. Engagements & Fees
The scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and duration of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Aurelane and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into such an agreement, and access to the site does not create a client relationship.
5. Counterparty Diligence
We work hard to vet the manufacturers, distributors, and retailers we introduce to our clients, and we share what we know in good faith. Final commercial decisions — pricing, payment terms, contract terms, sample acceptance, shelf placement — remain with the parties involved. Each party is responsible for conducting its own diligence appropriate to the value and risk of the transaction.
6. Acceptable Use
When you use aurelane.com, you agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any related infrastructure.
- Use any automated system to extract data from the site beyond what a normal browser would request.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms or email.
- Use the site or any content from it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Aurelane name, monogram, wordmark, site design, written copy, photography, and any other content on aurelane.com are owned by Aurelane International or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 8. Confidentiality
Information that brands, retailers, and manufacturers share with us in connection with a potential or actual engagement is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate or carry out that engagement. Specific confidentiality terms applicable to an engagement are set out in the relevant written agreement.
9. Disclaimers
aurelane.com and any information made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelane disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of aurelane.com or any engagement with us, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Aurelane's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client to Aurelane under that engagement during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or as otherwise set out in the applicable written agreement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurelane and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or aurelane.com will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes relating to a specific engagement are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the applicable written agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
